Frequently asked questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name at the top, choose Subscriptions, then select Le Petit Français and cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

How do I restore a purchase on a new device?

Open the App, tap the unicorn on the home screen to reach a locked feature, hold two fingers on the parental gate for three seconds, then tap Restore Purchases. Your subscription will be re-attached to your Apple ID.

How do I reach the Parent Dashboard?

On the home screen, long-press the Lili unicorn in the bottom right corner. The parental gate will appear — hold two fingers on it for three seconds.

The Voice Discussion isn't working

Voice Discussion needs microphone and speech recognition permission. Open Settings → Petit Français and enable both. If it still does not work, restart the App. Voice Discussion is only available on Premium.

What ages is the App for?

Le Petit Français is designed for children aged 3 to 6. Older children can still enjoy it, but the visual design and pacing are tuned for early learners.

Does the App work without an internet connection?

Most of the App (flashcards, stickers, dashboard) works offline. The Voice Discussion feature needs an internet connection to generate Lili's spoken replies.

How is my child's data handled?
